I’ve never really been a fan of biscotti, so I was a bit unsure about this recipe, but I am damned if I’m not going to make every recipe in this book, and along will the hundreds of Tuesdays with Dorie bakers….I WILL DO IT!!
These were simply to a degree…the blanching and peeling the skins off the hazelnuts SUCKED…no other way to put it, just sucked!! So, if anyone has any other EASY way to do this, please chime in!!
After reading some other blogs that posted about the biscotti (yes I’m a week late on this post) a lot of people had suggested dipping them in chocolate, which I’m glad I did, Rene tried them before the dipping, and thought they were a bit plain….good call on the choco.
