Fried Rice

Rene found this recipe on AllRecipes.com, we did a bit of tweaking to it, and I gotta give him kudos, because it was so good… Definitely one for the books.

What you’ll need:

4 cups cooked white rice

4 tbsp oil

4 eggs

1 cup ham, cubed

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp chili powder

1 1/2 tsp soy sauce

What you’ll do:

~Heat oil in wok, and scramble the eggs, set aside once cooked.

~Place ham, oil, seasonings in wok, and fry for a few minutes.

~Add soy sauce and egg mix up and serve immediately.

~Eat it up….it’s yummy!
